ADC2 algorithms can compress video of any kind several times better than MPEG for a given frame size and quality of the decompressed video specially for High Definition. While MPEG compressors have sizes in the Megabyte ranges, ADC2's compressor is a small fraction of those sizes at around 100 KB (Kilobytes). This compressor is available for licensing to interested parties for different lengths of time. For more information visit adc2videolab.net Video compressed by ADC2 to between 1 Mbps to 3 Mbps can be seen in real-time if the corresponding DSL and Cable bandwidths are available. If not, the desired videos (whose average bandwidth requirements are found by their names in the user's interface) can be downloaded at a fraction of the time required for MPEG compressed videos. The downloaded videos can be watched by using the player under wireless connections of about 128 Kbps. |
